Susan Sarandon’s Dog Steals the Show from Jimmy Fallon, Tweets About It

Susan Sarandon brought her two little dogs, Rigby, happily content on Mom's lap, and Penny, the Pom/Maltese mix seen leaping around the studio.

When nighttime talk show host Jimmy Fallon invited his first guest, Susan Sarandon onto the couch for Thursday night’s airing of Late Night, we should have guessed that when Susan’s little dogs, Penny and Rigby, joined her onstage hilarity would ensue!

While Rigby seemed content on mom’s lap, little Penny, a little Pomeranian/Maltese mix had other things in mind. Jumping from couch to chair to floor, disappearing behind the scenes and popping out on the other side of the set with a little toy monkey, Penny was quite the little entertainer. She even started a little face off with Rigby, supposedly over a shared interest in the little stuffed monkey toy she found behind the couch.

Take a look at the silly segment below. Watch just how skilled little Penny is at stealing the show!

A regular Tweeter, Penny was excited to share the news of her Late Night escapades with followers. “Rigby and I ‘high jacked’ Jimmy Fallon tonight and he seemed to enjoy it!” Penny Tweeted. “What a good sport. I had fun. U tell me when u see it if he did.”

Don’t know about you, but we think EVERY celebrity guest should bring their dogs to the couch!

Today, while I was at work, my sister stole my apple ipad and tested to
see if it can survive a twenty five foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation.

My apple ipad is now destroyed and she has 83 views.
I know this is completely off topic but I had to share it with someone!

Anyone who doesn’t like Jimmy Fallon has got a problem. He is the most genuine person on television and quite funny!

@Lynn Homsky – Jimmy Fallon is taking over for Jay Leno on the Tonight Show. I think he is going to be on the tube for a long time.

All guests should bring their pets, it tells the public alot about their character. Could help keep Falon on the tube.
