Dog owners that frequent a Snohomish, Washington dog park are on high alert after 4 dogs fell ill after visiting.

Park rangers have posted warning signs, urging pet parents to carefully monitor their dogs at the Willis Tucker Park after one dog died and three others became violently ill after a visit to the popular park’s off-leash dog area. A veterinarian that examined the dogs said their illnesses were consistent with ingesting rat poison.

Park rangers have carefully searched the park and found nothing. Investigators currently have no leads and are urging anyone that visits the park to be diligent and report any suspicious activity.
