After my editorial rant yesterday, time for a little humor! Following is an enjoyable doggie cartoon by Mark Parisi published this past Tuesday. Mr Parisi does the cartoon strip (panel?) “Off the Mark”. I have always enjoyed his slightly twisted sense of humor.
