One Grand Prize drawing winner will receive this stunning Mary Frances beaded handbag, a National Mill Dog Rescue t-shirt, the NMDR 2013 calendar, and the right to name every dog rescued as a result of this fundraiser!

The Dogington Post and The National Mill Dog Rescue have teamed up to bring dog lovers and animal advocates a fun and exciting way to support mill dog rescue efforts, to directly contribute to the rescue of at least 25 to 30 mill dogs, and to win some really great prizes!

We were excited to learn that only $2500 can fund an entire puppy mill rescue, saving the lives of at least 25-30 dogs. These funds cover transportation costs to puppy mills around the nation, veterinary fees for all of the dogs pulled from the deplorable conditions, and grooming necessary to have the dogs feeling and looking their best in order to find loving forever homes!

With a $2500 goal in mind, and a generous donation of a stunning hand-made beaded purse from Mary Frances Accessories, along with other prizes – including the opportunity for one winner to give each and every rescued dog his or her very first real name, and some great National Mill Dog Rescue swag – Dogington Post and NMDR have launched an exciting fundraising event!

During the entire month of April, each person that donates $5 to The National Mill Dog Rescue through the donation event page will get one entry into the drawing. Additional entries are given for each additional $5 donation. (Donate $10, get 2 entries, donate $20 and get 4, and so on!)

The drawing, scheduled for May 1, will award 3 lucky contributors with the following prizes:

First place winner will receive:
1) “Fetch” the beautifully beaded handbag by Mary Frances.
2)  National Mill Dog Rescue t-shirt.
3)  2013 calendar by National Mill Dog Rescue.
4)  PLUS the right to name all the dogs in an upcoming puppy mill rescue!

Second place winner will receive:
1)  National Mill Dog Rescue t-shirt.
2)  National Mill Dog Rescue Charmed Life pendant.

Third place winner will receive:
1)  2013 calendar by National Mill Dog Rescue.
2)  National Mill Dog Rescue Charmed Life pendant.

Winners of each prize will be announced on May 2, 2013.

To join in the fun, support National Mill Dog Rescue, and enter for a chance to win these amazing prizes – all while directly contributing to the rescue of at least 25 puppy mill dogs – visit the Fundraiser Event Page by clicking here!

National Mill Dog Rescue rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes retired commercial breeding dogs from puppy mills. NMDR gives these dogs a new beginning and a final chance to find happiness and comfort in a loving home. Run almost solely by volunteers, NMDR has pledged to put an end to the cruelty of the puppy mill industry. Through widespread informative efforts, National Mill Dog Rescue hopes to educate the public to acquire their companion animals through reputable breeders or better yet, from shelters and rescue groups across the country. Please support the efforts on NMDR, by volunteering or making a donation at www.milldogrescue.org
