It’s no secret that Miley Cyrus is crazy for dogs – who can blame her!
So, when the pop singer lost her beloved Alaskan Klee Kai last April, reportedly to a coyote attack, the heartbroken star found a way to memorialize her boy, with ink!
Cyrus and several friends got matching Floyd tattoos during a house party on Saturday. She Tweeted and Instagrammed photos to fans during the event. The finished tattoo features a simplistic sketch of Floyd along with a circular speech bubble and the words, “with a little help from my fwends.”
The response from fans was mixed. While some approved of Miley’s new ink, others thought she should have found a better artist, devoted more time and money to remembering the dog she loved so dearly with a more “professional” tat.
Would you (or did you?) get a memorial tribute tattoo for a beloved dog?

The day after my childhood dog, a Bichon named Star, passed away, I got a small star tattoo on my foot. I miss my baby boy!

Seems like she can’t keep dogs alive. She lost a one a while ago because her bulldog attacked it and killed it. Shame on you Miley.

I have all of my dogs paw prints tattooed on my arm. When one passes they get wings like an angel. What ever makes people happy. To me my dogs are forever unlike most other things in life

I think she could have gotten a better tattoo done to memorialize her fur baby. I had one done and it made things so much better for me. Now when I start to miss my Betty, all I have to do is to look in the mirror. I see nothing wrong with tattoos. Just make sure you get them done right.

She could have afforded a better artist!
It IS meaningful and her choice to get it.

I think tattoos are ugly and people come to regret them. And Miley is young. But the reason she did it is very touching.
