Surveillance video (filmed at an unknown location) posted to YouTube yesterday shows video of a man walking into a store when he spots a loose dog, tail wagging, standing nearby. Instead of either minding his own business or trying to help the dog find his family, the man rears back and tries to kick the dog, quite hard.
Luckily the quick-footed pup moved out of the way just in time. As for the angry, dog-kicker… just watch.
