She’s most famous for her role in the 1980’s film, Flashdance, but actress Jennifer Beals is getting a lot of attention once again after she was caught leaving her dog locked in a parked car in the summer heat.
A good Samaritan spotted the German Shepherd mix inside a Ford Escape with California license plates parked along a Vancouver street. Although the passenger side window was cracked, the dog inside was panting heavily, according to the witness.
When confronted about leaving her dog in the car, Beals said, “It’s fine.”
It, in fact, is not fine. It only takes a few minutes for the temperature inside a parked vehicle to reach well into double-digits.
