The Humane Animal Services of Solano County, California and the Fairfield Police Department are actively searching for a woman caught on tape abusing a Pug, and they’re asking for the public’s help in finding her.

In the video below (which many viewers will find difficult to watch) a woman police have identified as Brandi Chin can be seen violently throwing the small dog across a driveway before he is picked up by a man who police believe to be the woman’s boyfriend.

And, Animal Control says, this isn’t the first time Chin has been seen abusing the Pug.

“She was recently seen walking down the business district in Fairfield and she apparently had the dog by the tail and she was swinging it around,” said Michael Ramirez, Solano County Humane Animal Services.

Police and Animal Control are now actively searching for Chin, both to file animal cruelty charges and to remove the dog from her care. They hope that someone with knowledge of Chin’s whereabouts will step forward to help end the dog’s torture.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Fairfield Police Department at (707) 428-7300.
