When a Barnsley, England Labrador passed away, his owner made a touching tribute to the ball-loving pup at a local park.
Above a basket filled to the brim with well-loved tennis balls was a photo of a gorgeous black Lab and a note that read, “A Present From Murphy.”
Beneath the photo, the sign reads, “My brave little labby who passed away 7 April 2016.
So for all those ball loving dogs please enjoy as much as Murphy did”.
We know Murphy would be wagging his tail with pure happiness to see his ball-loving legacy passed on to other pups. What a wonderful way to pay tribute to a beloved best friend you’ve loved and lost – by paying it forward.
Rest in peace, sweet Murphy.
