Recall Alert2

Addiction Foods has voluntarily recalled certain lots of two varieties of their canned dog foods after internal testing revealed elevated levels of Vitamin A and a slight variance in calcium/phosphorus ratios.

Although there have been no reports of animal health concerns, elevated levels of Vitamin A fed over an extended period of time can result in health issues, particularly in young animals.

The affected products were shipped to distributors and online retailers between February 11, 2016 and March 19, 2016.

Recalled products include:

UPC Code – 8 885004 070028
Lot Number – 8940:02Dec2018
