All Dogs Love a Little TLC!

After a toweling to dry your pooch give his coat a complete brushing to remove any excess hair or matting of hair. Dogs love to be brushed, so take your time and allow him to enjoy this special treatment.

Ok, time for a nail clipping. This is the one task I have found most dog owners are reluctant to do for fear of cutting deeply into the nail. This concern can be alleviated by using one of the rotary files. Just remove the sharp edge off the tip of the toe nail.

Now is also a good time to consider what food your best buddy is eating. Is it making him fat? If so put him on a diet, and begin walking and exercising the dog more often.

Our dogs are more than just an animal who roams around the house. They are best friends for many, protectors, and a member of the family, so remember all dogs love a bit of TLC and they deserve it!
