When a couple of Charlotte, North Carolina animal lovers decided to tie the knot, they were determined to find a way to include puppies in their big day as well as promote animal rescue and adoption. So, they swapped out the traditional floral bouquets in favor of a pack of adorable, adoptable puppies!
Discover Love Studios’ photographer Brittany Boland said, “I love when our wedding couples do their best to think outside of the box and try to make their wedding day more specific to the type of people they are. Meghan and Brett have a huge heart for pet adoption! They have adopted 2 dogs as well as 2 cats, and wanted to find a way to raise awareness for our local Greater Charlotte SPCA.”
Holding a sign that read, “All you need is love and dogs,” the bridal party lined up for their photograph, snuggling 8 squirming puppies.
Every puppy that shared the big day with the loving couple has since been adopted.
