A Google Street View camera car caught an unexpected series of pictures when it passed by – and was gleefully chased down the street – by one exuberant dog.

We’re all familiar with Google Maps feature that allows users to virtually travel down nearly any street in the world. It’s no surprise, then, that Googles camera-equipped cars have been known to capture some unlikely, unusual, even hilarious photos while traveling the globe, snapping photos for their street view feature.

While traveling down a street in the Kumage district of Japan’s Kagoshima Prefecture, the Google camera car snapped a series of photos of one curious pup who happened to be outside with his owner when the car drove by.

With millions of dogs around the globe, it’s no surprise this isn’t the first time the tech company’s camera car has had an adorable canine encounter.

Last year, a series of photos snapped of a photobombing Golden Retriever following the street view photographer in Ulleung-gun, Gyeongbuk, South Korea made us want to call a travel agent and book a trip right away!
