Several well-trained Yellow Labradors of all different ages were used throughout the film, Marley and Me, to play the iconic tear-jerker role.

Fun Fact: In one memorable (yuck!) scene, Marley steals a diaper from Jenny who’d just changed the baby. In the gag-worthy scene, filmmakers used baby food to entice the canine actor to swipe the diaper.

    My favorite famous doggy was Toto. My 9 year old Yorkie Pomeranian named Puppy looks just like Toto.
