After a performance in West Palm Beach, Florida, country music’s biggest dog lover rescued another pup!
During a nationwide tour with Dierks Bentley, a fan told country sweetheart, Miranda Lambert about a local rescue organization, Big Dog Ranch Rescue, and the amazing work they were doing. Without hesitation, Lambert visited the shelter – and left with a new furry family member!
Dierks Bentley first told fans about the extra special adoption on his WhoSay page, posting a picture of the blonde beauty (the puppy, that is!), writing, “guess who adopted another dog!!!! hint: he is headed to oklahoma…”
Later, Miranda tweeted the good news herself:
I visited Big Dog Ranch Rescue today in West Palm Beach. Amazing place & great people helping so many dogs in need! pic.twitter.com/iTuX8i0kOD

Miranda named the newest pup Bellamy, in honor of country music duo, The Bellamy Brothers.
Bellamy joins Lambert and husband, country crooner Blake Shelton, along with 6 other rescues and a growing pack of foster dogs in their Oklahoma home.
Earlier this month, Lambert personally helped a rescue near her hometown find forever homes for 40 dogs. An avid animal lover, the singer also started a rescue organization of her own, The Muttnation Foundation, dedicated to dog rescue and awareness.
We’re not sure if Miranda Lambert is more famous for her music or for her big heart!

Miranda,
You’re an amazing woman with a huge heart; big enough to love people and animals as well. I admire you for all your extraordinary work. I’m pretty sure this puppy is loving his new life with your family and furry friends!
