A dog is going viral after a TikTok video shows her saving her owner from a hawk that entered their apartment window.

In the now-viral TikTok video, a woman named Nikki Kundanmal is seen recording herself playing the guitar when, a hawk entered her apartment out of the blue.

Khushi, Kundanmal’s dog, saw the hawk enter the apartment and tried to notify Kundanmal by incessantly barking. The owner, still oblivious of the hawk’s presence, tried to stop her dog from barking.

And in a few moments, the hawk lands on Kundanmal’s cereal bowl, startling her and knocking over a drink on her laptop in the process.

Panicked, Kundanmal called out for her roommate, forgetting that they already moved out a few months ago.

Meanwhile, Khushi never stopped barking and even took matters into her own paws by scaring off the predatory bird out of the apartment, saving her owner’s life.

Kundanmal added a text overlay on the video saying, “Having the most chaotic day of my life was not on my 2023 bingo card.”

And since being posted, the video has garnered over 6 million views and almost 900 thousand likes on Tiktok.
