Steve Harvey’s dog, Chocolate, has a bone to pick with his human – he doesn’t like his master’s choice of flooring.

When the talk show host, his wife Marjorie, and 3 of their 5 dogs sat down with pet psychic Sonya Fitzpatrick on today’s episode of Steve Harvey, the truth came out about Chocolate’s preference for carpeting over the hardwood that currently runs throughout their Chicago home.

“He doesn’t like the floors – could you change them?” Fitzpatrick tells Harvey. “He likes carpet.”

The comedian responds, “Tell Chocolate that master said that if he can produce the income to change the floors, I would be more than happy.”

Chocolate revealed to Fitzpatrick that he likes the beige carpet in the Harvey’s bedroom. Marjorie admitted to the audience that Chocolate isn’t allowed on that carpet since he was caught rolling around on it after being outside. To which Fitzpatrick said, “Yes, he would like that through the whole home.”
