In college sports, a lot goes on behind the scenes and out of the limelight. For example, did you know that for every game, there’s a person (or, in this case a dog!) tasked with running onto the field to retrieve the kickoff tee?

Kickoff Tee

When a video of Boise State’s canine kickoff tee retriever went viral on Twitter last week, dog lovers’ eyes left the game to focus on the very good doggo taking his job VERY seriously!

Watch him in action!

Here’s the fun-loving, hard-working, very good boy at work during last season! We just can’t get enough of his pure enthusiasm for the job!

Don’t you think ALL sports could use a little more canine action?

Love seeing dogs participating in sports? You’ll love minor league baseball’s very good bat dogs, too!
